Bar Staff required for Fat Freddy’s Drop at Alexandra Palace.
A Freddy’s European tour is an annual event and the announcement of an impending album release raises the stakes for the band and fans. The fiercely independent seven piece hailing from Aotearoa New Zealand has toured Europe annually since touching base in London in 2002.
Please note that this is one of a series of music events at Alexandra Palace, London, and we are looking for the same staff to work at the venue repeatedly, where possible.
Please confirm your availability on the form attached. There will be a callback each week. You will be sent the details of the callback in a text message if we can offer you the opportunity to work. This form covers all shifts available at Alexandra Palace over spring and summer, please only fill it in once.
All Bar Staff at Fat Freddy’s Drop at Alexandra Palace must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.
The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the events therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
No food is provided during your shift, so you should take some with you.
Shifts will be approximately 4 – 8 hours, depending on the demands of the event. There may be a variety of roles available.
18-24 £9.19ph (£8.20 + £0.99 holiday pay)
25+ £9.77ph (£8.72 + £1.05 holiday pay)
No camping available, this event is in central London.
You must make your own way to and from this event. There will be no parking, please use public transport.
Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear. Such as: black jeans/trousers/shorts/skirts/leggings (no tracksuits), along with black shoes/pumps/trainers. You need to wear a blank black t-shirt; however, you should bring a dark jumper or hoodie to wear underneath as it might get cold.
Heels, flip flops, or open-toed shoes are NOT allowed on the bar.
