Bar Staff required for Black Deer Festival

Black Deer Festival is an independent award-winning Americana and Country music festival set in the wild and historic Eridge Park in Kent. Always about more than just the music, Black Deer is a family destination with a community spirit. It’s a festival built on a love of the great outdoors, the best in Live Fire and BBQ cooking, the counter-culture of custom built motorcycles and skilled artisans, and all other things authentically Americana.

All Bar Staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.

The bars will be incredibly busy throughout the events therefore you must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts will be approximately 8 – 12 hours, depending on the demands of the event. There may be a variety of roles available.

Food is provided by our client/bar operator and will therefore vary from event to event, for this event you will receive a packed lunch and a meal voucher every day. Vegetarian options will be available but unfortunately not all dietary requirements can be catered for. We recommend bringing your own snacks for throughout the day in a clear plastic bag. Please bring a reusable water bottle to refill throughout the event.
