With the popularity of festivals in the UK as big as ever, we receive a phenomenal amount of applications on our website each year. In 2013 alone we had 21,000 applicants register their interest to work with HAP Recruitment and we hope to double this in 2014.
Each year our staffing managers travel the breadth of the country, holding recruitment days in towns and cities across the UK. At these recruitment days each individual has to complete an application form noting their industry experience, watch a DVD about what we expect from staff working on behalf of HAP Recruitment and have a face to face interview with one of our dedicated and experienced managers.
We look for well presented, reliable, dedicated, honest, hardworking, experienced, enthusiastic, friendly, approachable and professional individuals. Whilst this may look a little extensive, we continue to set our standards high to guarantee we only employ the best of the best.
We have invested heavily in a state of the art database which contains detailed profiles, created by us, for each member of staff. We understand that whilst one individual maybe perfectly suited to one event they may not be to all. This is why we recruit, manage, and train all our own staff, allowing us to profile their industry experience along with our expert opinion on them to ensure we only provide staff who we feel are suited to your exact requirements.
Our database allows us to efficiently search and select individuals in a specific area, of a particular skill set, or with experience in specific fields of the event or promotions industry. If your event or campaign requires a certain type of individual, with specified attributes we can alter our search tools to only show individuals who meet your needs to the finest detail.
With our calendar of nationwide events and our recruitment days in various towns and cities we are able to provide you with locally sourced staff to avoid expensive travel and accommodation costs.
