Job Description:

Our client runs a group of traditional, community pubs covering Stockport and South Manchester. Pubs are located in Cheadle Hulme, Hazel Grove, Denton, Stockport and Romiley.

We are recruiting for Sous Chefs

  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in a similar high volume senior chef role
  • Local – within 30 minute commute of our pubs

The role...

  • Manage, mentor and coach the kitchen brigade working alongside the head chef / KM
  • Plan, prepare and deliver attractive and appealing new dishes and specials
  • Cook and present the plated menu items and carvery with finesse, passion and pride
  • Satisfaction of all due diligence
