Bearded Theory is a music festival that takes place at Catton Hall in Derbyshire. Having previously won UK’s best family festival, it started in 2007 as a birthday celebration and has grown from into what is now a fully-fledged festival.
The 2018 line-up includes Blossoms, Robert Plant, Sleaford Mods, Jimmy Cliff and Reverend and the Makers, among others.
Bar staff required to work at this busy event.
Staff must make their own way to and from the event.
Staff camping is available at this event. Anybody camping will need to bring a tent, roll mat and extra warm clothing in case it is cold or wet. You will camp in the staff campsite.
Uniform – Staff must wear plain black, casual clothing. Minimal branding and comfortable footwear.
All staff must be over 18 years of age, due to licensing requirements.
18-20 £7.06ph (£6.30 + £0.76 holiday pay)
21-24 £8.27ph (£7.38 + £0.89 holiday pay)
25+ £8.78ph (£7.83 + £0.95 holiday pay)
